Thanks for your reply, their are one or two points that you not answered, like increased opening times!!
The volunteers do a great job.
With regard as to what happens by the nest being illegal, this is true in the wild where you have to have a class one licence from Natural England for use at the nest, I don't think this applies at a place such as venue?
With regard to a bigger hide, I am all for that providing it is done at time where it WOUD NOT interfere with the Kingfishers, i.e - out of season, sometimes though bear in mind, the biggest is not the best and if it`s not broken don`t fix it.
