Great first newsletter. I was at Ryehouse today, and its been 10 almost to the day years since I was first there, Ive always been a fan of kingfishers, but had never seen one until the RSPB mag did a story about Ryehouse, and that was it, it didn't bother me that I had to drive 100 miles from Brighton, I had to see the kingfishers.
I got a good view today of the male/female change over today, and will be back next year ( maybe a few weeks later) to see the chicks hatch
Keep up the great work everyone does at Ryehouse.
