What did I miss?

So off I go, escaping for a week down to Dorset (with a little bit of Devon) and what happens?

Well, thanks to the folks at Rainham for continuing to put out the apples because they certainly did the trick with Waxwings coming down for several days to feast on them around the feeders! I think 26 was the highest count.

Also that pesky Bittern has made several appearances including today.  The trail from the woodland feeders to the Bogwood seems to be the best spot.  I really hope that someone has got a photo... may have to escape for a look myself tomorrow!
