A Sanderling moulting into summer plumage (HTV)

Today's Spoonbill on the pool behind targets visible from river wall seems to be an adult and therefore a new bird and not the immature seem the week before!. There is a ruff, and 2 avocet on the Target Pools as well.

Redshank are the predominant sound this morning - keep an eye out for families of redshank and lapwing all over the marsh.
