We need a highly motivated Assistant Catering Manager at our busy café within Rainham Marshes nature reserve.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in assisting in the smooth running of a demanding, hands on, catering operation where customer service will be second nature for you. We are looking for someone who is switched on, and a self starter with a real eye for detail. Used to working to deadlines front and back of house, we are looking for the type of person who can work with our catering team and site based staff, to make our café a financial success, and a welcoming place for our visitors. A real passion for food and the natural environment are also a must.
The position will be 3 days a week working alternate weekends, and any additional days as and when required. Some early and late starts may also be required when the need arises.
Salary£14,000 to £15,500 per annum pro rata
