It may be a grey day but so far our highlights have been bittern had been seen on the Tringa Pool, short-eared owl near the visitor center (seen from the café!), marsh harriers and the two cattle egrets!

Just a quick reminder - Autumn/ Winter closing times: 9.30 am-4.30 pm November-January.
So as of today the reserve will be closing at 4.30 pm.
The cafe opens at 10am, serves food until 3pm (after that snacks and drinks are still available), and closes half an hour before the visitor centre does.
