Andy Spiller found this Black-tailed Godwit this morning out on the trail. It was weak and wobbly on its legs and the wrong side of the fence. Martin popped out and brought it back and it is currently on its way to local wildlife hospital. No physical damage but painfully thin. Beautiful bird in the hand.
The bill was not overly long so I would reckon it it being a male.
I will let you know if we hear any positive developments.
