Not Badgers.... badges!
And I mean old type and not the current pin badge style... I managed to find all my old ones the other day whilst tidying up and thought that you may like a look. Brought back many good memories of Young Ornithologist Club days in the early 1980's.
I will be sending copies of the reserve ones to their respective sites. I suspect that some are quite unusual...

Top left is a really old RSPB badge that I picked up at a fair while the others are from my YOC days...
If anyone can shed a date on the first one I would be grateful...
I was with the Redbridge YOC from its birth in 1981 but we used to gatecrash the Epping group from time to time and when we were old enough some of us went on their RSPB 'grown-ups' trips!
and last but not least.... not an RSPB badge at all but a London Wildlife Trust one that started the ball rolling for the saving of a familiar piece of land in the mid 1980's...

I'd pin them to a drape or ribbon and hang it in the office somewhere at work .
That Rainham badge is a little piece of reserve history.
I sold some of my dads old BR railway badges for good money recently.
