....but there arn't any sharks!  However, the wonderful variety of fish that are once again using the tidal Thames do attract more than just a few anglers and Cormorants!

Common Seal is quite regular during the winter months and often haul themselves out on the Kentish side while 'Bob' the bull Grey Seal reappeared last week and is now back into his old habit of drifting up river with the tide with his nose pointing skywards.

These fishy snacks also attract Harbour Porpoise regularly although they are dificult to pick up unless it is very calm. We regularly see one or two on our stretch but they think there may be upwards of ten between us and Mucking which is great news.  Do please report any sightings to reception if you are lucky enough to see one!
