Easter may be approaching but I am not a happy bunny.... ggggrrrrrrr!
During February you may remember that out team of voluteers and wardens (and even me !) planted several hundred small trees around the carpark area and approach road. This entailed putting canes and tree guards around all of them to give them some protection from the wind and rabbits!
Well, a couple of Saturdays ago someone removed 50 in broad daylight from the trees along the entrance ramp to the centre and today another fifty were taken during the morning from the trees alongside the road causing considerable damage to the saplings in the process.
If anyone saw someone doing this please can they let us know.

Unbelievable! Sorry to hear about this Howard. To steal from a wildlife charity just shows how low people will go to satisfy thier own greed. Let's hope they get caught.

Time for us all to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity on the approach road.
Really sorry to hear that Howard, sometimes I just despair of people. Second bit of depressing news after reading that someone in Stow Maries shot dead a beautiful Stag because it was in their garden. Sad stuff indeed.
