Do you have a passion for the local environment and heritage? Are you motivated by the idea of championing it to diverse audiences in east London and south-west Essex?
As part of a new team, the two Engagement Officers are key to the success of the Land of the Fanns Landscape Partnership Scheme. Through delivery of 26 individual projects, ranging from river restoration to community archaeology, the Land of the Fanns Scheme aims to develop a renewed understanding and appreciation of the local landscape. These projects will help reveal hidden treasures of natural, geological, built and archaeological heritage to a wider audience. Our ultimate goal is that our partners and communities will be better placed to champion it long after the scheme ends.
If you think you would like to play a part in taking the scheme forward, then we look forward to hearing from you. Please submit a CV and covering letter, specifying which of the two Engagement Officer roles you are interested in and reflecting the person specification in the application pack, to enquiries@thameschase.org.uk
