Afternoon all... just a quick note to say that due to some essential reserve-wide work on Friday 22 March I have cancelled the Beginners Birdwatch Walk as there will be serious disturbance throughout the day to the whole of Aveley Marsh within the fenceline. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Only in the fact that Aveley Marsh will be heavily disturbed all day. All will become clearer later that day. I suspect that the river wall will be very good as all the duck will be on the river. We should be done well before the late high tide to avoid disturbing any waders that come in to roost. Sorry in advance...
