Cattle Egret is still strutting his stuff and the increased water is encouraging the Curlews to come in to roost at high tide.

And Bearded Tits have been superb of late - even today in the wind...

And have been using the grit table put out near the Dargonfly Pool

oh and Caroline has been making some superb beef chilli to go with a jacket spud for the weekend menu if you are peckish...
