Our run of big white birds just keeps on going! On Thursday a Cattle Egret spent the day moving between our herds of cows and eventually gave good views as it poked around among bovine legs in search of tasty morsels. This species has had a bumper breeding year in the country and we were hoping that we would get one on the reserve.
