Afternoon!

Just a quick post for today - we are pleased to announce all four of our hides are now open!

We have had two of the hides open for a while, but as of today all are open for you to enjoy.
Please wear a mask when using the hides.
A wooden birdwatching hide can be seen at the end of a boardwalk, surrounded by reeds rustling in the breeze. The sky is blue and fluffy white clods are passing over head.

Today we have had lovely views of spoonbill, bearded tit, avocet, marsh harrier, great crested grebe and lots more!
  • We timed our visit just right!  Brace yourself, a longish thread is incoming soon.  Good to see you yesterday.

Our herring gulls are red listed birds.  Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
