If you happen to be having a wander in the evening, look out for barn owls hunting over the brooks. It looks as though we have two barn owl families nesting on site - I spent a lovely half hour on Friday evening at Jupp's View watching an adult hunting over the North Brooks. We then founds some fantastic bats on our bat survey - if you'd like to know more about bats and try using our bat detectors to find some on the reserve then we've still got spaces on our night-time safaris on Friday 26 August and Saturday 17 September.
