We are in Tier 2, so here's a quick summary of what’s available at Minsmere
Car park open (dawn to dusk).
Outdoor, Covid-secure, staffed Welcome Point (10 am to 4 pm)
Reserve trails open (dawn to dusk)
Hides open (dawn to dusk). Face coverings required. Maximum of six people per hide.
Toilets open (10 am to 4 pm). Face coverings required. One household at a time.
Shop open (10 am to 4 pm), card payments preferred. Face coverings required.
Take away refreshments available to purchase, card payment preferred. A very limited amount of indoor seating is available.

When visiting us please follow all current Government guidance around social distancing, maximum group sizes, hygiene and follow all signage on-site.
Please also follow Government guidance on travel both within Tier 2 and between tiers.
We ask that all visitors, except those who are exempt from doing so, please wear a face-covering while in our visitor centre, shop, toilets, hides and when not seated in our cafe.

NHS Test and Trace
We’re part of the NHS Test and Trace programme, so you will be able to use the NHS Test and Trace app to check-in here. In situations where it is not possible to use the app, our welcome team will ask you to provide some basic written details instead.
We are following strict data protection guidelines so your personal details will be held securely and confidentially by us in accordance with England’s data protection requirements. We will only release the data to the NHS if absolutely necessary, will not use it for any other purpose and will securely destroy it after 21 days as required. Thank you for following this legal requirement and helping to keep everyone safe.
