We're really excited about a brand new event that is being launched at Minsmere tomorrow - our first ever Makers' Market.

Minsmere has many talented volunteers and staff who fill what spare time they have with a variety of arts and crafts, and this is a chance to see some of their amazing creations, in one place.

Among the exhibtitors will be artists Louise Gibbs and Janet Small, who visitors might recognise from the shop and cafe respectively, and crafts by Irene and Karen, who families might know as our story-tellers from our Wild Things at Hallowe'en activities.

Warden, Paul Green, will be exhibiting his incredible Paul Green Wildwire birds and animals for the first time, while Louise Gregory will be demonstrating the art of willow weaving.

There will be an opportunity to buy many of the products on display, so why not join us in the Discovery Centre between 10 am and 3 pm. Entry to the market is free.

If you can't make it tomorrow, then why not come along next weekend to our annual Festival Fun weekend with chocolate tasting, hot mulled spiced apple juice, a raffle, tombola and a bincolar and telescope demonstration.
