Have you ever been on a guided walk or family event at Minsmere?

We have something for everyone, from beginners walks to personalised tours, birdsong to fungi, dawn walks, dusk walks, 4x4 tours and pond dipping.

You can find full details of all our events, and book your tickets at www.events.rspb.org.uk/minsmere.

Ticket sales are already open for all events starting before 20 June, and will open six months before the event for all other events.

For most events, we now include entry fees (where applicable) and a hot drink in the cafe within the ticket price (a few events include breakfast, too).

Here's a selection of some of the events on offer.

Hire a Guide - a personalised half-day tour for up to four people, held weekly throughout the year.

Minsmere Safari - a personalised 4x4 tour for up to four people on two dates per month.

Birds for Beginners - ideal for anyone who wants to improve their birdwatching, once per month.

Reedbed Ramble - an early morning walk in search of Bearded Tits and more.

Sunset Stroll - watch the sun set on a spring or autumn evening.

Fabulous Fungi - two autumn walks in search of the many and varied fungi found at Minsmere.

Dawn Chorus Experience - join as the reserve awakes, experience the magic of the dawn chorus, and end your walk with a delicious breakfast.

Sounds of Spring - an early morning walk to learn birdsong, followed by breakfast, every Tuesday in April and May.

Women's Wildlife Walks - seasonally themed walks led by female guides just for women.

Pond Dipping - three times a week during spring and summer school holidays.

Build a Nestbox during February half term.

Our popular Red Deer Safaris will be advertised early in the New Year, with tickets not going on sale until 1 July. We're also still finalising details for the Bird Ringing Demonstrations to return and for some moth mornings. There will also be additional walks or events added during the year, so please keeping checking.

As well as guided walks at Minsmere, we run seasonal River and Reedbed Walks at Snape Maltings and, in the school holidays, Family Wildlife Walks at Snape Maltings.

Please note that demand can be high for many of these walks, and space is always limited, so we recommend booking them as early as possible.
