Very handsome, Tiger, but it can't be the original Orange ZT surely. Talons not missing, more like a female from the dark breast feathers.
I think the ring looks very like Henry's, both in colour, and in having a black dividing line between the two letters. More likely to be Ochre ZT I think.
I wonder if it is possible that the ring was recovered and used again.
If you read the Blagdon Lakes news Roy D says it is a female bird ringed in Scotland by Keith Brockie in 1998 or 1999 and he has asked him to provide details to Blagdon.

I think he/she may be ochre ZT

They say it is an old female ringed in 1998/1999 so is unlikely to be fathering chicks.
There were quite a few orange/ochre rings in 1998 including Henry and 11 (98) etc

That makes a lot more sense, given the time lag and noted discrepancies. I've often wondered how much difference there was between rings described as 'orange' and 'ochre'. It will be interesting to see what Keith comes up with.
EDIT - the Blagdon website seems to have been updated since I first looked earlier. Roy may be not be the greatest at replying to queries in the off-season, but he's right on the ball when it comes to news of returning ospreys in Spring!
I am coming round to the idea that it is Ochre ZT.
