This Topic has been set up to follow the Autumn 2012 migration and wintering of satellite tracked ospreys, other than Caledonia and Alba from Loch Garten, who are followed on this thread, Tracking Caledonia & Alba
This topic replaces Satellite Tracked Ospreys (non-LG) Mar-Aug 2012
N.B. There are still some missing details (and possibly birds) which I will add once the information becomes available.
Brilliant news, SUE. Thanks

Alan - Thank You for bringing this news - It appears this was nine days ago so doubt if Tims contacts can do anything now. Even having survived to late March we can see hazzards still befit young ospreys and we have seen this before after surviving a year or so.

This whole area is beginning to look a bit dangerous for ospreys. Wasn't Fiddich in a region that has claimed other birds?
Such sad news, ALAN. What a day for good/ bad news.
TIGER - Are you thinking that Fiddich may have been trapped intentionally as opposed to what may have happened to Ceulan.
Today has been such an emotional rollercoaster and that's before most of the ospreys have arrived.
