If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Look at the size of this fish! It should last him all day :-)
Thank you friends for today's snapshots of Lewis on the nest and good to see you caught him eating too. After a glorious sunny day, its really dark on the nest tonight and noticeably dark this evening where I am too. The nights are drawing in as my grandma used to say.

Was it not "The nights are fair drawing in"? and they are. Two minutes most nights now.
Tiger Signature
I only know it as 'the nights are drawing in' Tiger. I suppose it depends where you come from.
The saying is still in use as far as I know Emma.
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
I have heard both versions used Tiger and Chloe. What has happened to the LOTL camera? Could the LOTL team have switched off the night vision camera now that no-one sleeps on the nest or is my PC playing up?
I dont think its just your computer Emma as Im having the same issue. Not sure what the problem is but im going up the wooden hill now, so I will hope that it is better in the morning. Night all
Hello All
Just back from a lovely day at Loch of the Lowes with my OH. So good to see loads of both Laddie and Blue. Laddie caught a fish in full view of the Observation Hide and when you are there, you realise that although they may not be much on the nest they are in fact, often very close by. We saw blue flying around from tree to another tree - then back to the nest when Dad arrived with a huge perch - and then back to the large Scots Pine where he was still sitting when we left at the back of 6pm.
Laddie did some lovely flying around and he too was sitting on the top of a dead tree enjoying the sunshine when we left
Time for bed - I'm shattered. Goodnight All
Well, I was going to have a quick look at the cam before I crash early tonight (very tired and achy) but the cam seems to be down, so can't tell you anything!
Have a good Wednesday all.
06.29 EN lovely sharp picture of Nest.
A visiting Robin (not a Tit! as it stayed in bobbing position not flitting around, I think) surveying the scene...
Silver so pleased you can have the opportunity to visit and be so close to the Loch, and catch sight of our Family, and report back.
EN @8:30am.
