This Topic has been set up to follow the Spring 2012 migration, and summer activities, of satellite tracked ospreys, excluding Rothes and Tore from Loch Garten, who are followed on this thread.
It replaces this earlier thread, Satellite Tracked Ospreys (non-LG) Aug 2011 - Feb 2012.
ALAN SUE and TIGER

Latest blog from Dyfi re Einion moving north:

Alan, Dyfii blog is excellent, together with the RUTLAND pics. and we don't even have to look at GE.
Brenda. I agree with you about Dyfi, They never keep us waiting and are always up-front with us.
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
BrendaH I agree fantastic and I love Dyfi and Rutland projects.
Sandra, for once I would like to see something positive from you except the tornado's in Wales. The Us had it very bad.
Ok if you have a point then please make it. Are you saying that LG or the RSPB keep us waiting? I honestly think LG would like to know. I have an oppinion and if I want to say, I will let them know direct.
I have thoughts but you keep suggesting, so now back up what you are saying :)
Sandra that was not meant badly but I have thoughts and will not make them public but if you say something then you need to elaborate then back it up.
Sorry all and look forward to news that is important to me
B&B, what the heck are you on about??
I have replied to a post that Brenda has put and which I agree with!
Sandra not for here.
end of ok :)
added a smile

IF Sandra was saying that, she wouldn't be the first of us to do so. By contrast, Dyfi (particularly that I noticed) gathered and released info much more promptly.
Has a bee flown into your bonnet, B&B? ;-)
IMAGICAT
Well back to Satellite-Tracked Ospreys, the subject of this Topic.
Lake District Osprey #12 was still "at home" near Kartong, Gambia, as at 7th March.
I suspect Tim Mackrill is currently making changes to the GE file for Rutland Ospreys, as all the data after late Nov 2011 has disappeared - maybe he's putting it into a separate folder which will cover the return journeys.
