Dunedin male:
Hello to everyone and thanks for all the news. I'm way behind ... slowly catching up with all the threads at the moment. I could not find the answer to two questions. Perhaps someone knows:
a) when will we have a live cam at Dyfi?
b) what is going on at the Hailuoto nest? I saw a pair of ospreys last week but NOT their usual breeding pair. Then no osprey for a day or two. Now last years male is back?? I tried with a Finnish to English online-translator but it is not so good. So I can't figure out if I'm right with the above assumptions.
Cats and women will do as they please. Dogs and men should relax and get used to it.
Alex : The last I heard Dyfi were going live at the end of the month and I dont know any more than you about the Hailuoto nest. It looks like the male has showed up but not the resident female.
More eggs at Kielder and a mystery male:

RE.Dyfi is it end of this month or next? Also can someone please tell me if it is expensive to run the on line camera's?? and is this the reason Dyfi has not gone live as yet?

Alan, I'm slightly confused by the text re the male at nest two. Do you think they mean a white Leg Ring ?
Birdies LG DU update.
Thanks Alan for the info. Finnish is such a complicated language....
Mike : I think they probably mean a white darvic ring at least that is what I assumed.
Me likewise.

In return he does like you to buy a cake and cup of tea and sit in his Cafe and watch the nest on HD and when you want fresh air just sit by the ponds and maybe they will feed out of your hand - you do have to duck sometimes as they come very close.
RACH - I did post this earlier from the nest but you may not have seen it - THE MANAGERS SPECIAL MENU
I hope to get a few more pictures tonight before I leave for Florida and post a few piuctures from Dunedin.
Super picture KEITH!
Here is Madis bringing in a live :-( fish for his mate (it doesn't stay alive for long, thank goodness, in view of some of our non-scientific hearts):
Then he brought in a big bunch of green moss:
Still having trouble with video-ing kalakotkas, despite different methods tried :-( So am not showing diligent nestorising.
