Surely someone will know Alan who Yellow D8 is, Id love to know where he/she came from, its one of the things that intrigues and fascinates me, knowing the history of those individuals that are spotted and identified.

No news of further eggs at Glaslyn due to the nest being so built up and the nest cup is very deep but there must be at least 2 by now.
Mating on the Lake District nest at Bassenthwaite this morning but they are not sure if it is 'No ring'
Latest from the Lake District Osprey Project:
"Wow...what an interesting day! The protection team reported 'another' bird early this morning, and then our resident female was joined on the nest by a male osprey just after 10.30am. Howls of glee ensued at Dodd and on protection, thinking that No-Ring had returned. Suddenly, Whinlatter called and alerted the team that the bird was infact known to us....but it was not No-Ring, it was White YV, a chick from 2007 !"
