Tore reaches 53 days today while wee brother Bynack is 48 days. So they are now both within the fledging window. Hopefully the weather will be kinder today. Will we see a fledge today? Probably not. The young uns have not been able to practice their flying skills enough, what with the very wet weather.
So whatever the day may bring.

The video from Cirrus and the pics from Lynette really do emphasise what a very contented family they are this year.
Lynette D said: lovely interaction going onthese two uploaded straight away from normal pics taken and not through photobucket. Could it be because the site is very busy during the day, just a thought, that that is why pics can take an age to upload.

Bynack snuggles up next to Tore and then after futzing with a twig, tries to tear off her satellite aerial, at which point you can almost hear Tore saying above the cam buzz, "Leave it alone!"

Signing out for tonight. Surely tomorrow is the BIG DAY! Watch this space..........!
WOW - what a dramatic silhouette! Thanks for sharing that one, Sandy.
Do we presume it is EJ ,Sandy. I have been clicking away, taking slightly different captures as she moves her head.
I do believe it is EJ...
Right now Bynack is the perfect example of a pesky younger brother, restlessly playing with twigs, occasionally poking Tore, and staring at her.
Two chicks in the nest so it IS EJ :)

I think so, Brenda.
