I think I'm doing this correctly.
Feeding time over, time to snuggle down again.

Hi all,
Looking wild and woolly on the nest. Watched EJ clinging onto the nest in this horrendous weather. Both chicks were fed and she's shielding them again.
Alan Petrie:
I mentioned on the blog a comment you made earlier about magpies and the Bass Ospreys. Could you let me know if there is a website, beside the LDOP one? The only info I'm finding is the odd pic of the new nest. I'm off to Keswick in a couple of weeks and will be down at Bass Lake daily so would love to be up to speed before I go.
Ta muchly. :)
Seconds are being served
EJ has finished off the tail end and is now settling the wee ones down for afternoon nap.
Lovely conversation but no fish
Odin is shouting at EJ to let him have a go at brooding the chicks???? She is taking no notice and sitting tight.staying on the nest for quite a while and still shouting but EJ doesn't want to know. No fish delivery - maybe she wants him to go get some before she lets him see them!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
Hello to everyone - popping in and out this pm so posts likely to be disjointed. GREAT pics from one and all. Just terrific , Thanks.
RtheB thanks for recoommendation of VLC - it's hard to know what sites to trust these days and I may well have a question or two for you (hope that's OK)
Feel so sorry for Odin - head down in the wind on the nest at least EJ has her centre of gravity low.
If Odin is still catching fish in these weather conditions he's doing a remarkable job. The surface of the water must be so choppy it's a wonder he can see anything below.
The mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work if it's not open.
