I think I'm doing this correctly.
Hi Linda - very cute ... but I can't help thinking Star is going to start asserting him/herself at feeding time. Storm definitely got much more at that feed ... either that or Star wasn't that hungry!

Star had a huge meal earlier - even though Storm got a good more than sometimes.
The wind is awful now, EJ got up for a break, she normally would have had a fly around but stayed with the chicks preening and flapping her wings.
IMAGICAT
EJ moved to give them shelter - not sure Chicks agreed with meal being interrupted!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Storm is becoming wiser. Did you just see her push in front of Star to get between EJ/food and her sibling?
Chicks get ruffed up!
Afternoon all, and thanks for the updates and pictures. Star certainly seems to be a badly behaved baby!

Hello Cirrus. I use VLC which has video record and screenshot buttons on its Advanced Controls toolbar. You just press them when you want to capture something. The videos and pictures are copied to your hard drive in locations you specify as a default option. I just upload the pictures from there. The videos I put on YouTube first, then insert in here by linking as Alan has done. The beauty of YouTube is that it converts just about any format you can throw at it :-) And it's pretty fast in doing so.

Seconded!

Hello Bruce,
Wonderful clip! That's got to be about the worst example of stick control ever! Mind you, it serves Star right for her own aggressive behaviour. (In view of her growth rate and current size, I too think she's likely to be a female). Not that it put her off, she was still lunging toward EJ with her beak afterwards. She got a claw on the head for her trouble though ;-)
EJ having a difficult time trying to keep her balance but is doing marvelously
Hello all, late coming on as was mowing front and back lawns, left side one to OH for tomorrow.
Thanks Annette for starting us off
Thanks to all for pics and updates and the video from Bruce.
Glad to see that Storm is now showing some more of h/h fiestyness and managing to get in front of Star at times for a feed. Star will have to learn some manners I see from your posts. lol.
Woodpecker, I also use Debut capture not tried anything else other than MVSnap which is a bit fidly to use.
Feeding time again and Storm is up there first

Cam is getting a battering as it keeps blacking out for split seconds. That wind must be strong, certainly sounds it.
