Hi all: very late starting this - was gone most of the day. I saw Odin on the nest - brilliant! Now off to check on Lady and, hopefully, catch up on chat!
I do love a conversation with a cat! They look at you in a very knowing way, sometimes. Enjoy yourself in the garden.

They don't like injections sometimes but am sure they soon forget. Mia actually loves going to the vet's and drags me inside as she usually gets a fuss made of her. She's not always so keen when it comes to going in to the consulting room. It seemed to happen after she had to have her anal glands emptied a couple of times.... I can't think why!!! Will you have her microchipped. That may make her cry but Mia who's a complete wimp didn't bother at all.

Margobird
yes, Lindy - blue sky , sun and it's positively HOT. And it looks good for the hike tomorrow too.
Great day for a hike! Tell us about it after.
Cirrus it is obviously a good time to keep eyes skyward! Lovely to see the crane. I am sure I heard, and then possibly saw, our first swallow. Yes, I know one doesn't make a summer, but it's a good start, particularly as we have clear blue sky and sunshine today. Talking about keeping eyes skyward... I DO so wish I'd seen this one.. http://blog.birdguides.com/2011/04/invisible-barn-door.html
Radio Chaffinch is busy at LG and it looks as though Odin has been bringing in the colourful cushions!

Oh I just saw Odin bring in a fish and it was a slick change over before EJ flew off with it. 1st I've seen this season :-)
Lucky you Trish 2. I usually miss it, mainly because of poor broadband connection.
I am like the cat that got the cream can't stop smiling about Billy and the dramatic change in him. At the moment he is fast asleep on the garden table, on his back with all 4 legs up in the air and really enjoying the warmth of the sun.
