Chrisy, can't say I noticed any seats on the way up to Bass upper viewpoint, but we are driven up when on duty, I might have seen some if I had been walking! Will make a note next time to look out. Had a great day on Friday and Saturday would have been better if the weather was nicer. Not so many people on Saturday, which surprised me, maybe they were put off by gloom and mizzle.

A very excited tweet from Dyfi. This is truly great news: "With tears in my eyes I can confirm at 14.03 today Nora has laid her first EGG!!!! "

Hi
Not about ospreys I know but I was sad to log on this evening to watch bald eagles cams in the USA to find this news from the Norfolk (US not East Anglia) nest

The three eaglets in the nest were ringed just a few days ago but are nowhere near to fledging. It will be interesting to see if the male bird can continue providing enough food for three hungry beaks.
