Valmc - I've never stayed near there but must pass fairly close by when on the way up to stay near LG. It looks like a beautiful area. It must be fantastic to have a growing number of osprey in the area and to be able to see a nest from home.

Egg number three at Glaslyn
Thyanks Vespa for the news of a third egg at Glaslyn.
Dyfi twitter feed confirms the Osprey as their one from last year. I think they call it Monty.
A nest that some of us have followed for many years is the nest at Seili Nauvo in Finland. It has had the most amazing ups and downs over the years. The first osprey came back on 8th April last year. If they should do the same today it is not a welcoming place. See Nauvo webcam
On 1st April 2009 I logged in and saw this. I thought it was an April Fool but sadly it was all too real. We have seen a lot of those monsters since.
