To pick up on Em's post of last night (welcome Em!). I have asked the RSPB web team to make the pagination of long threads on the Loch Garten forum (and other groups) friendlier, by bringing it in line with the General Forum, so there are buttons marked First and Last. They have agreed to do it as part of an upgrade which is due in April - see this thread. 

Partly for this reason, I'm not convinced there needs to be a weekly LOTL thread. Though, amazingly, Lady appears to be back, we don't yet know what the season holds, or how much people will want to post, given SWT's ban on screenshots. I'm in favour of "wait and see".

Good morning ChrissyB Lady has made thousands very happy.  Only just found out about the wildlife village blog and have tried to log in but with no success, will try again later.  Thanks for the gorgeous pic of her.

Good morning DjoanS after crying buckets last year when Lady was so ill I in tears again but they are of happiness on the return of this incredible female.

I am having a lot of difficulty getting either camera 1 or 2 to show the nest . A couple of times it  went to the nest , but generally it just buffers and  I never get a picture .  

How are you  getting the pictures of the nest?

 I am using the link that was provided here for camera 2. Then  I  tried  the  links  the  the  LOTL site for cameras 1  & 2 and  those don't  go to the videos  of the nest for me either

BJ: They are not working for me and they usually do. Maybe a case of wait and see.

Good morning Barbara Jean  what a nuisance,  I had the cam up earlier but now can't get it.  I know they are working on a problem with the sound so wonder if that is why we can't get in.

Sorry original goldfinch will have to be more careful in what I say.
