I am not sure if we should have separate threads for Rothes and Mallachie. If people feel we should the best start them right away.
The first data has been published on Google Earth and immediately it is amazing how much further Rothes has flown that Mallachie.

No blog yet, but the team have updated Google Earth. Rothes ventured about 5 miles away from her island on 8th March....but was back in her usual haunts on the 12th.
Thanks SueC. I was going to post this morning but you beat me to it.
Bumping before it gets lost . Anyone heard what Rothes is doing ??

Now where is she?
Has she moved north? We are due a fix on her position soon. Will she stay or will she go. Or was the trip on the 8th March an attempt to follow other migrating ospreys and then she decided to turn back? She could have been further north, before the position was recorded.
Have just spotted a Google Earth update on Rothes....as at 27th March she was still on Unhocomozinho.
