Ehhhhhhhh-took 10 months to learn how to write comments and now it is more complicated. Fortunately husband very good at IT so has signed me in and told me what to do, I think it will take me a while to get going as I am sure it will others as well.
Fun and games on fledging day, saw the still camera working on and off, then moving images on and off and noticed one had wings out and I shouted at the screen "its going" and the picture went, 5 mins later only one bird left. looked when working later and "yes", no visible birds. So pleased they went around the same time and I laughed when I read it was little Garten, who did not want to be the lightest but also didn't want to be the last to fledge.
Leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks in Scotland visiting LG first then Skye, Harris, Lewis, Mull. So excited about seeing the osprey family.
RICHARD - won't be bringing cake all that way but will bring you something else to eat. Will visit on Monday when centre opens at 10.am as staying in motor home at Boat of Garten - Will you be working on Monday morning ???? So we can see you.
Taking laptop with us but not sure whether it will work in some of the remote places we are going.

Hi Jillian, yes it took me a while to twig on how to do it because I'm not a big blogger, only go on sites that I am interested in. Do have a lovely time in Scotland. I hope to get up to Loch Garten sometime in the future. Stayed at Boat of Garten many years ago when we lived in Denny, Stirling, for two years so know a little of what the countryside is like up there. Would love to meet the team some time so hope it won't be long.
