Asha & Brodie
The partnership has matured this season, with Asha continuing her good female role (and she loves nest-building) and Brodie being more reliable, both fishing and incubating.
The pair have fought their way thru all kinds of nasty weather - snow, wind and rain - and intruders, including the dreaded KL5 Klive, have been a nuisance but not dangerous...
so far.

EDIT
********
Sadly, the month of May heralded irresistible aggression from BlueKL5 "Klive", who had ruined the end of last season for the 2 juvies.
Within the first 2 days Klive had driven Brodie from the area (tho Brodie did return a couple of times to dive-bomb Klive, to no effect) and destroyed the eggs. He commenced to woo Asha clumsily, selfishly and inappropriately, as can be seen from the following pages.

As you said, we couldn't see his face but from Asha's reaction I decided it was Brodie, too (I haven't seen Chat) - however, I've now come upon the nestcam view and you'll see later that there was a strange climax if it was indeed Brodie.
Back asap.
Can’t wait to see Scylla’s strange climax! Her words, not mine!
bwahahahahahaha
Scylla you are correct! Once Asha flapped him off the camera perch, he flew off to the top of a dead tree in the distance (on far left of the screen). But then Asha flew after him to buzz him off that branch. I don't think she would have done that with Brodie. The "strange climax"!!!!
I also asked on Facebook if they thought it could have been Brodie and Alison replied no, it was an intruder based on markings and Asha's behaviour at the end.
Thank you for all the reports, EJFan, and thank you for the blue fish info per Val Gall, Sheila
So many interruptions here today, my catching up is painfully slow.
Here was the early morning, Brodie bringing an early fish piece - but not long after, an intruder was on the scene:
Asha flying in to support Brodie:
See Asha with her beak open for cooling purposes, I assume:
Not necessarily all the mating attempts but the main ones - and that male on the campost wasn't Brodie, but maybe she tolerated him because he wasn't descending on her like Klive had been? But she did get rid of him from the area in the end!
His head pattern is quite wrong for Brodie (so where is Brodie?!):
Thank you Scylla. I agree, it's not Brodie. The head markings aren't dark enough, and where are the dots. Is it the BTO bird seen a few days/weeks ago. Asha didn't appear to think it a real problem. More queries than answers

Thanks for doing the videos, especially for zooming in on the important parts. That makes such a difference when you watch them.
But again, where is Brodie

And I forgot to thank you for the Klive snaps and timings.
And! I wonder why KL5 is so late (I mean, why wasn't he competing for the nest at the beginning of April?) and what does he get up to when he's not causing mischief here?
05:12 ?Intruder? Perches on the ‘raven’s stick’ and female flaps him away and starts food soliciting.
