Foulshaw Moss 2023: Three chicks raised - Blue 8C1, a male weighing 1.45kg; Blue 8C2, a female weighing 1.52kg; Blue 8C3, a female weighing 1.73kg. (Info taken from CWT's ringing blog It's another milestone which includes more stats of the youngsters)

Esthwaite 2023: Unringed female (arrived 25th March) and 7A(14),'son' of Blue 35 & White YW, (arrived 26th March) successfully raised three chicks - 7C8, female, weighing 1.67kg, 7C9, male, weighing 1.46kg and 7C0, female, weighing 1.68kg

Female Blue 35 - Hatched 2010 - Kielder 1 nest: 2023 arrival date 31st March
Male White YW - Hatched 2008 - Bassenthwaite: 2023 arrival date 27th March
Wishing both pairs a safe migration back to their respective nests and for each to have another successful season.

I made it 11:21 - but had to dismiss a lot of helicopters before being fairly sure there was an actual fledge - even then... ???

Great work finding that Scylla. I see what you mean about the helicopters, he was airborne with them for a while, especially the last one before fledging. He was certainly ready to go.
One of the youngsters from 2022 returned. Spotted intruding at Llyn Brenig.
