Continuing THOMO's LG feeder, and including other cams as per title.
First, some LG feeder snaps & vids from the past couple of days.
Female & male GSWs, joined up by trickery - you may notice that the peanut tube is misshapen
Nasty Great Coal Tit:
No trickery for the 2 Blue Tits:
Now for the torture - I just cannot figure out Greenfinch or female Chaffinch:
This was in flight so has had to be sharpened a lot:
Little vid:
No mistaking the evening Crestie!
IMAGICAT
Loch Leven
Treecreeper at the feeder:
Robin chucked quite a few peanuts over the side, far more than s/he ate!
That's from before the crash, I'm not recording anything UFN.
The above items were posted last night and I thought I'd lost them, but when I just scrolled back up to hit Reply to the OP and re-post them, they're already here waiting for me in the reply box
Here's a token snap of the EGs from yesterday (video posted in Rutland thread) - one was nibbling the other "affectionately":
Just as I got up the Polish Forest Feeder the GSW appeared in a glitch and I thought of dear Trevor and had to capture it - not close enough for a snap (I've already cropped it) and maybe Trevor can't watch video so you'll have to narrate it for him @SUPERPUD ... such as it is
.
All the above was captured yesterday before downloader crashed.
Lovely captures as usual Scylla, good to see you're still with us! Just going to see what issues have been raised since I very gratefully logged off last night!
Lord love it, I can’t figure out nothin’ on this new interface of threaded replies! But thank you Scylla for all the lovely captures, I’m sure I’ve missed a lot of anything else.

Yes, I thank you too Scylla. Lovely GSW and tree creeper video.
Mr and Mrs Blackbird - there was a kerfuffle in a blur, I think they had a tiff at one stage - she seemed to descend upon him but it was all a blur. I think there were 2 different males.
I'm hoping you'll agree that this is a female Chaffinch - it took me long enough to decide...
Polish squirrel. What very long tufts!
Lots of Jays there today, GSW's been chasing them off.
Lovely stuff Scylla and yes to female chaffinch Lucky enough to have a couple of male BB's in the garden feeding on Ivy berries but can't get a good pic as they are chasing each other all over the shop!
As you may know, the Starr Ranch (SoCal) cavity (created when a bough fell out of a eucalyptus tree) was invaded by honeybees a year or so ago. The Barn Owls who habitually breed there have given up checking it and must have found somewhere else - but the mice, it appears, are undaunted.
Faulty cam, filthy lens, but we try:
Mojave Woodrats - they look a sociable lot! Loads of them have lately replaced the Kangaroo Rats that came at night:
Glaslyn was under water yesterday:
I've just finished a Glaslyn owl vid that's turned out too boring to post, but I've got a very nice Stork vid lined up for next session, whenever that is.
Nice views of Great Egret, Scylla. (Now let's see where this reply ends up!)
In the right place Jill!
Many thanks Scylla for soldiering on and bringing us more interesting updates!
Thanks Scylla, I’m struggling with seeing the newest posts now. Just letting you know I’m appreciating your contributions despite the system’s efforts to discourage me.
