Annette - good to hear that you are OK. I heard about the earthquake!!! One thing after another isn’t it? Hope the AZ contingent get home safely.

Pleased to hear that all is OK, Annette. I heard about the earthquake at (our) lunchtime today. You don't deserve any more events from mother nature!! We saw the roads flooded by rain on our News, as its so unusual.

Rusty -- Be kind to yourself. I don't think I've met anyone who didn't say that once they were recovering from covid, they felt tired for quite a while longer than they expected. It can take a lot out of you.

The dog above went home again this morning, so I no longer have to dodge a yellow dog shaped lump on the floor .... She never moved when I approached, unlike Bonnie, who always seems nervous that one of us will step on her. She was no trouble, though, and we love labs, so we didn't want to give her back!

Rusty - you wrote while I paused my post - we both wrote almost the same thing!

OG -- Hope the magazine comes together for you. There must be a lot of work involved. I'll look out some more quotes for those of you trying to "fill in the corners" on newsletters!

We watched the whole of the football on Saturday, I was not as rivited as my OH but found it interesting. The best team won, though, in spite of a sterling effort on the England teams part. In my expert opinion, LOL!!

Evening all: AZ contingent home safe and in really good time given that they had to detour to avoid the Interstate through Palm Springs area. OH up and about more today. Occupational Therapist came by and Physical Therapist will be scheduled.in the next day or two.

Hey, folks. I'm a little overwhelmed right now, trying to deal with multiple issues. I've been reading your news, but failing to post. Sorry. I'm not angry at anyone, just stressed out. I'll be more responsive soon. Just one thing after another here. Sigh.

Glad you and your family are ok, Annette. Best wishes to your OH for a fast recovery. Rusty, glad you're kicking covid. OG, well done on being able to publish the magazine.

My thoughts are with those who are providing caregiving. I know how physically and emotionally demanding it is, and I wish you all strength.

I took myself birding this morning. I came home after 90 minutes. Think I overdid it!!! I have read that covid can leave you feeling very tired. Most unusual for me as you know. Had some lunch and am OK again now. Not doing much though.
