Dibnlib - that’s amazing good news re the NHS dentist. Very pleased for you.
I have been out for lunch - again!!!! It’s just the way it worked out. This time to a recently taken over and refurbished place with some of my former colleagues. We agreed the food was very nice and reasonably priced. We were there for over 2 hours and have decided to go there again in September.
I had good news from my friend in Canada yesterday. Her husband has had a very bad infection and was in hospital for a while. Then he was sent home on intravenous antibiotics administered by a nurse who came every day. Yesterday he “graduated” as my friend put it and has been declared infection free. He has to take it easy and take time to get back to normal activities.

A big apology - biggest catch-up ever here at home - but all is well! I now have to give priority to the church magazine! Will write soon!

Wrote a long post- & it wouldn't post!!

Then wrote a short post - and that wouldn't post either!!

That was 3 hours ago, so now I'm off to bed! Goodnight!

Quiet on here what with mislaid posts, church magazines and people (namely Rusty) flitting from one lunch date to another. :-) I spent ALL DAY yesterday tidying up the garden (and lived to tell the tale).
