Egg No. 2 laid 23 April - Hatched 29 May (36 days)
Egg No. 3 laid 26 April - Hatched 1 June (37 days) Sadly, this little chick died on 3rd June. It coincided with LJ2 having a leg injury and unable to fish at the time. I don’t know if this was the sole reason, part of the reason or something else. RIP little one

Fab news, Glider, you thought they may go at the same time!
First fledge at 16.21 and its younger sister, 7B6, Mari!
She flew round in a loop watched by her sister.
16.25 - FOUR minutes later, big sister Dilys 7B5, who must’ve been encouraged by Mari’s flight, went for it too.
Straight to the tree top.She was then joined by her family
16.35 LM6 visited the empty nest.
The PTZ camera has been scouring the area finding ospreys!

Haha, yes Sandra but Mari surprised me going first as she always seemed to be more interested in the fish and Dilys has been high helicoptering for days!
Both chicks got safely back to the nest. 17.54 LM6 was there to greet Mari.
18.07 Dilys landed 13 minutes later. Mari got a bit of a fright and intruder called then stopped when she realised it was Dilys.
LM6 and LJ2 have been sitting together for periods on the preening perch 17.09
