Laddie had a record breaking fish day on the 15th June, when he brought ELEVEN of them to the nest for NC0 and the chicks to dine on - amazing!
As the two chicks grew, it was clearly obvious - with the difference in size - that #1 was a female and #2 a male, this being confirmed at their ringing on the 22nd June.
NC0 began fishing for the first time this season on the 30th June, with TWO successful catches in one day. Hopefully, both she and Laddie will continue to bring plenty of fish for their growing youngsters to enjoy in a now, harmonious manner.

21:41 PF5 still waiting...
©SWT/LotL
Finally, at 22:08, PF4 walked away from the remainder of the fish
PF5 was slightly wary as he went to collect it but managed to do so without any conflict with PF4
Eating some more of it, at last!
PF4 headed off to the birch at 22:11
22:24
PF5 initially walked away from the remaining fish at 22:33
But then went back to it
I don't think PF5 completely finished all of the fish before he flew off to roost on NC0's diving branch of the birch at 22:36 - possibly the fish tail here
Morning All,
A really good start to the day for PF5, he found the remainder of the fish he had left last night at 4:24
A fair amount remained!
5:00 Swallowing a large chunk of fish skin
...then the tail itself
8:14 PF4 preening on the perch, PF5 on the birch
Still awaiting the first fish delivery of the day.

Afternoon Richard and Freebird
I'm very concerned TBH. The last time I have her at the nest was on the evening of the 15th. PF4 had flapped NC0 off, when she was on the left edge of the nest, after she attempted to take the fish PF4 was eating from. She did fly off to the birch after that.
At 10:25 this morning, PF4 and PF5 were shouting and on defence for a couple of minutes due to an unseen intruder
13:10 PF4, left, had just expelled a pellet
There have been no fish deliveries and no sighting of Laddie.
I hope so, Richard...
There was another unseen intruder around at 14:39ish, PF5 (left) and PF4 were shouting again but for only a minute or so this time
16:17 Both resting, PF4 centre
Still no sign of Laddie or NC0
