Laddie had a record breaking fish day on the 15th June, when he brought ELEVEN of them to the nest for NC0 and the chicks to dine on - amazing!
As the two chicks grew, it was clearly obvious - with the difference in size - that #1 was a female and #2 a male, this being confirmed at their ringing on the 22nd June.
NC0 began fishing for the first time this season on the 30th June, with TWO successful catches in one day. Hopefully, both she and Laddie will continue to bring plenty of fish for their growing youngsters to enjoy in a now, harmonious manner.

Morning All
There have been three fish deliveries already
4:55 From Laddie, NC0 and PF5 were on the nest
A private feed for PF5
Fish #2 from Laddie (a live flapping one) was at 5:07, PF4 was back on the nest.
PF4 picked it up before NC0
She ate all of her breakfish
NC0 with a small fish at 6:29 which PF5 enjoyed
8:15 PF4 on the perch, PF5 looking handsome. NC0 on the cam post
BFN
I can't find anymore fish deliveries when checking through this morning's footage up to the present time (12:54)
PF4 is currently on the birch after landing there a few minutes ago
A very lean day on the fish front, nothing delivered this afternoon so far...
At 15:48, PF5 was alone on the nest when NC0 arrived shouting/alarm calling. There was an unseen intruder around
She calmed down for a short while...
Then something caught her eye and she shot off the nest, shouting
16:14 Both NC0 and PF5 in the rain
Currently, 16:24
16:36 Laddie with a good sized headless fish. NC0 left her position on the birch to arrive back at the nest (calling all the way) in time to receive the delivery
NC0 ensured that she took it
Dual feeding
The feed continuing at present, 16:55
Another fish from Laddie at 17:08 - PF4 was tackling her way through the tail end of the other fish at the time
NC0 was quick to take this one too
After eating some of the new fish for herself, PF5 eventually joined her to have more to eat
PF5 ended up taking the end of the fish from NC0. PF4 was still had the other one
PF5 went to the back, left of the nest to finish off the fish
Laddie delivered another good sized fish (headless) at 19:17
NC0 and PF4 had a brief tug-o-fish
NC0 won
Oh how lovely, a rainbow appeared during the dual feed
PF5 had fish skin attached to the tail, at 19:44
23:00 I haven't seen anymore fish being delivered to the nest. I can only assume that PF4 is on the birch
00:15 PF4 is spending her first night away from the nest
