After a start/stoppy kinda season, we now have settled couple "URM" (until LG give him a name) and Asha, or Mistle as some would prefer.
Asha is the proud parent of 2 eggs, the father of which being dubious but probably URM, as we hardly saw NN2 (for whom we wish all the best elsewhere) be accepted by Asha.
URM and Asha are similarly marked but distinguishable by certain differences which I may slot in here but I've lost them for the time being.
Asha (R) is looking rather small in this snap because she's crestfallen due to no supper:
Because Asha did so much work on the nest before she had a partner, there hasn't been a lot for URM to do - but he has quite frequently brought in nest material - and his fish provisions have been regular and willingly handed over. He's a promising Osprey dad so far.
IMAGICAT
Brodie couldn't go fishing cos Asha was in charge and she was busy-busy-busy in 'n out. This stick represents her efforts:

Nice 3pm fish for Asha

And another view - Asha flying off with it - for GLIDER to ID - if she even can find time to look in, what with all the other duties she's lumbered herself with
Just as Asha was returning Brodie got spooked - some sticks fell from the nest either side.
(I say, gurlz 'n boyz, this PTZ cam is a dang nuisance - so much more work )
The PTZ did a tour, I can't get over the loss of the old views, with the Love Tree and the Wood Pigeons' tree - they may still be there, I think the latter is but I can't recognise it from a different angle.
21 May
It rained all night, it was still raining heavily when daycam kicked in at about 04:05+, since when we can't see it.
The nest, PTZ and Goshawk cams have been mega buffering all night, must be due to the weather.
Asha had a flap and flyabout @ 04:37, I don't think we've seen Brodie yet.
G'night all

Yes,, I find it 'disconcerting' in an odd way. Think I'm too EJ and Odin orientated (this word may be old fashioned now but this is how I learned the word at school)
Good evening all. Well something very odd was happening a short while ago? At 9.04pm Asha presumably, flew for a wing stretch, at 9.07pm, almost simultaneously they both landed, presumably Brodie with a long stick, both standing together on the right. He then jumped forward, kept looking down at the nest, lifting up both wings and putting them down again, moving slowly about, wings up and down again and still looking down and around, very odd. I will try and get a clip and see if I can load it here, if not maybe some kind sole will do it for me.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Still raining
Brodie left after Asha brought in something tiny but then shifted biggish sticks around:
It didn't take me long to get the two mixed up this morning - I had to change this title from Brodie to Asha but now am not sure if I should change it back!
I'm confident this has Asha on the left - but look what I did to the PhotoScapeX "insert an arrow" yesterday - made the stroke into a dotted line and now can't change it back - never mind, how about this working-with-what-you've-got, then?
Movie of under-nest close-up - but I can't see any nest, please point it out if you can
Zzzz...
This is the very best I can do with the 20:15 fish, Asha shown flying over the back of the nest on PTZ view:
G'night folks!

I will have had RF open while you were posting that, CATLADY, and didn't scroll up after I'd posted.
It's taken me hours to do this video - the big problem is giving an accurate impression whilst keeping it as short as poss - I've probably met neither target
Did the Redstart nest cause the first spook? But the second, only caught on the silent* PTZ, was definitely Asha spooking herself, knocking a stick off the nest with her tail.
*I worked out a way I could have sound on the PTZ overnight: by screen-capturing the PTZ cam while recording the nestcam sound on the same screen - however I have since discovered that the 2 cams are the most out of sync they have been so far, dang. The multi-buffers since then have improved the sync but it's too late now.
22 May
Asha picked up the fish skin and flew with it, back almost immediately and tried to eat some, settled down on the eggs again.
05:36 - Brodie flew in, Asha flew off, Brodie picked up the fish skin and flew with it:
So Asha flew back to her eggs, she's been calling almost non-stop ever since, punctuated by Brodie flying in (minus fish skin) @ 06:18, Asha flew around and straight back behind him, flew off again leaving him on the eggs, back in again with a stick @ 06:36, took over 06:38, Brodie flew off,.. Asha has been sorting the sticks in front of her and calling bu has stopped nnow.
Pity no-one was on duty to follow Brodie with the fish skin, I'd like to have seen him polishing that of - if indeed he did.
Asha needs some flesh!
I think Staff were looking for the nest Scylla
Lovely captures, as usual - loved the 'dozing off'' Thank you for the videos
Fish skin, fish skin ...... I REALLY hope Brodie doesn't renege on a breakfish for Asha
