.
After a start/stoppy kinda season, we now have settled couple "URM" (until LG give him a name) and Asha, or Mistle as some would prefer.
Asha is the proud parent of 2 eggs, the father of which being dubious but probably URM, as we hardly saw NN2 (for whom we wish all the best elsewhere) be accepted by Asha.
URM and Asha are similarly marked but distinguishable by certain differences which I may slot in here but I've lost them for the time being.
Asha (R) is looking rather small in this snap because she's crestfallen due to no supper:
Because Asha did so much work on the nest before she had a partner, there hasn't been a lot for URM to do - but he has quite frequently brought in nest material - and his fish provisions have been regular and willingly handed over. He's a promising Osprey dad so far.

I already had, SHEILA (leaving out the 'magnificent' compliment)... but you must've had the RF open and it looks as tho it's Scotch mist to everyone else
15:20-ish - CAM DOWN (and the Goshawk too).
14.49 Asha returned, not with the tail end, but a stick, and Brodie flew off. She flew in from the left, off cam passed he sticky tree, the old nest tree, the tower and the totem pole, sweeping in from h back of the nest. Brodie got up and both faffed. She over the eggs and he on the rim, before he left a 14.50.
She must have been peckish to have eaten what was a substantial sized headless fish in an hour and a half, or she was keen to get back to the eggs!
Brodie is sitting on Odin's old perch (beneath what would have been the nest).
I was going to snip a pic, but the cam has gone down - at least for me.

I distinctly remember last season all of us (that's you and I at least, SHEILA) agreeing that we should have a diagram (kinda) of the old nest area with elements named so we knew what areas we were referring to... but it never materialised.
Here's a blank for anyone to fill in the bits with suggestions, then we can amalgamate entries (not that it's a competition) and produce something clear and acceptable to all. And I shan't be a bit surprised if this is as far as it gets again - good intentions
