Morning ALL
33 is placing a large stick just now
Maya rises - seems annoyed and starts rearranging the stick
flies off for a comfort break - view of the chicks / eggs
quickly returns
scrolling back -
05:11 33 appears fish piece in talon - Maya does not rise
05:22 33 returns with the fish - has c couple of bites
then Maya has a couple of bits
and then feeds the bobs
fish for you
and you
So where did that stick come from?
Oh NO, worse than I thought
06:45 33 arrives with the stick and tramples across the chicks
Maya walks over and picks up the fish piece leaving 33 to it
and Maya then gives the bobs a top up
33 is going to have to be more careful - nightmare him bringing in those sticks
08:12 Maya rises
08:13 33 arrives with another stick - far too near the chicks!
Maya lifts it out of the cup
and puts it on the edge
she settles back down her tail catching that stick - they are all loose!!
Maya was slipping a bit walking round, hopefully they will get these sticks secured and that hay bedded down. Just hope it doesn't rain as it will become slippy!!
Off out for the day - SYL
Look at those crops!! Lovely..It was a good day with 10 nice feedings, 2 fish and even a bit of sunshine for the chicks..And they will sleep soundly after this day..Fun to see the synced bobbing at the start of the video
