Karen do you ever get the feeling we are like a lot of Dad's in the Delivery Room
Have to say looking forward to seeing the first wee bobblehead of the season.

Oh definitely MARY lol And just sense 33 is sitting on the cam post waiting !! Maya is doing a bit more shoogling now - no doubt she will be hearing the chick chipping away. Always special seeing the first bobblehead and we should see one or even two by the weekend. In the past we have seen two hatchings on the same day here!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Thanks Janni - how wonderful

Yes you were very close, well done Catlady.
Always so special seeing the first bobblehead. Hopefully it will free itself soon and we get a look.
But I too must go out
Congratulations to Maya and 33(11) - that wee one must have been chipping away good style, as its well away from the broken shell as Janni reported earlier.
Everything crossed for the other 3 eggs hatching.

10:18 Maya rose - suspect intruder around and we got a view
Can't clearly see the bobble as may have gone back in the shell but could there be another hatching underway??
some more snaps
33 was quick to the nest defending
I think, as in previous years and also when she laid 4 eggs, that we are going to see double hatch today
