HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY NEW MOON!
The moon turns new on Wednesday night or Thursday morning in the US/UK. Sorry, AQ, I didn't look up Australia.
I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
Everything has turned green here, and everyone is taking wildflower tours and foraging for wild mushrooms. Hunting the fields and woodlands for the treasured and tasty wild morel mushrooms is a much anticipated rite of spring here. They sell for over $25 per pound and they taste divine.
Love to all. Sending healing and good energy to OG.
Pic of our cake the other day:
Rosie still loves phones!
Matthew wanting to play maths games! He loves numbers!
Tomasz trying to help Rosie.
Tomasz being hugged by his cousin Amber!!
Aaack!! Posted something; there it was; spotted an error; corrected it, now the entire post is gone. How can that be? Meanwhile hope folks with car, teeth, glasses and other issues are getting things sorted. Really hope OG and EE are doing okay. Also that Heather's son gets his test soon (my friend had a positive FOB and follow up showed nothing to worry about).
Lindybird: That cake is (was) very elegant indeed; did it taste as good as it looked? Kids are growing like weeds (well, maybe not that fast given all the rain we had this spring). Rickman book is good, but as I said, in spite of footnotes, kept having to Google stuff....
Diane: Heard something on BBC yesterday about people harvesting truffles somewhere in the Middle East/Africa (??) where there are a lot of unexploded lands mines and sporadic skirmishes between various factions. Hope your patch is more peaceful.
Good Morning. Sunny here.
I wandered around the garden yesterday. Lots of colour, which is so cheering.
