After the tragedy of 2021, the 2022 Season was a great success, with 3 beautiful youngsters fledging and migrating - Blue 497, 498 and 499 (courtesy of Glider):
Here's to the safe return of our precious pair, MrsG (thank you MaryGK for the original snap) and Aran:

Today, this year's indispensable volunteers gathered to give us a Group Wave, and I thought we should pay tribute to them here:
(How sparse this seems for a season OP - but it's all I've got to give. I think we need the new thread sooner rather than later, being mindful of the likelihood of Dovey Devils and/or Clywedog Kids swooping in )

I remember seeing 2 Stock Doves on the perch with a Wood Pigeon
Unknown said: no point wasting time looking for them--Lol! Save your energy for Ospreys!
I couldn't resist trying to rise to the challenge, even tho was supposed to be packing up...
And look who I found?! Z2 Aeron was on the nest for a very short time:
Checked on Facebook and found a really nice snap of Z2 & 014 together on their nest perch:

I've only seen 3 when one was Wood Pigeon - but here's one at this very moment, all on its own - exteeeemely hasty snap!
OK, then I think this is possibly the male protecting his territory and his lady is in the nest already (hopefully)

Scylla, 014 visited the nest a couple of times with Aeron. Both very brief, loosely around 14.30.
Aeron saw the opportunity
014 didn’t agree!
OH !!!!!!!!!! but they are a pair aren't they - anyway she does not look very receptive. Go home, both of you
