Daily summary Wednesday 2nd August 2023A quiet day today after all yesterday's alarms. Ludo LY7 called for fish, Louis brought four of them taking the tally to 327, and Dorcha even managed to get to one before Ludo did! A couple of little songbirds visited and the Hoodies were in evidence, they'll have the nest to themselves soon enough as with only having a single male chick, the Osprey family is likely to migrate sooner than if there were female chicks to linger into September. Affric wasn't seen today but Garry LV0 paid a late evening visit to Nest One to do a little housework.
Ludo does a flypast before landing to get rid of Hoodies 05.56
Fish number one, whole trout 08.21.38
Fish number two, flat fish 13.07.36
