Someone is feeling comfortable on the nest

Thanks Alan. For some reason (senior moment !!) I have thought of his age ie 10 when he didn't return opposed to hatch. I've amended my above post to show correction ie 5R(04).
Sunday, 4th September
A couple of visitors to the nest this morning.
First - Lesser Black Backed Gull
then a Cormorant. I remember a couple of Cormorants here last year making themselves quite at home - bringing sticks then trying to pull them from each other’s beaks! The Cormorant dries its wings then settles on the nest.

"UPDATE ON 1H1(22)
1H1(22), the last of the Manton Bay juveniles to fledge this year, has been seen on migration yesterday in Portugal. That means she has travelled an astonishing 1688km (at the least - we cannot confirm the route she has taken) since she left Manton Bay on 29/08/2022. As she isn't radio tracked, we rely on sightings for updates, so it is fantastic to get an update on her location. Photo credits: Carlos Miguel"
